    THE WAY IT WORKS : Call or email us and we will decide together what the best options are for your situation, a time, and a total price (you will be given a solid estimate at this time, NO surprises or hidden charges)
    Upon payment and appointment scheduling, our technician will install the appropriate software or hardware on your computer. Typically we will let the software or harware collect data for approximately 4-7 days or longer if there is a need.
    After the data has been collected our technician will return and either show you at that time what was  collected or we can email you the results. With our better package you get the results in an email directly from the program itself !
